Customer Agreement

Customers use Junk Run to post eligible junk-removal jobs and review estimates from independent contractors. Customers are responsible for accurate job details, lawful disposal requests and providing safe access. Accepting an estimate creates a marketplace award; operational pickup verification and job completion remain in the Junk Run mobile app.
