Contractor Agreement

Contractors using Junk Run are independent service providers and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, licenses, insurance and legal compliance. No LLC is required solely to create an independent-contractor account where permitted by law. Contractors control their own estimates and service decisions and are responsible for completing accepted work safely and lawfully.
